Stone sculpting workshops for the visually impaired
Every sculpture that students create fuels their imagination, builds their self-esteem and enables artistic
expression in a medium they have never used before, all the while having fun!
My years of experience teaching students with varying levels of vision impairment has enabled me
to find the right balance of supporting my students with special needs, while also asking them to
cultivate their imagination and create art in ways they never knew they could.
Blind and visually impaired children and adults often lack the opportunity to develop their artistic skills.
I am therefor excited to offer a set of classes and workshops that are tailored to the need of these individuals and help them explore the art of stone carving and sculpture.
